Do you offer returns? 

Yes, we offer returns with free shipping and will process the  returns once we have received and inspected the items. 

NOTE: If a product is noted as Final Sale on the product page, it  is ineligible for returns. No exceptions. 

Can I exchange my item for other items? 

Of course! We are pleased to offer free exchanges--with no return  shipping cost--as long as the items meet our qualifications (listed  below).

What are the qualifications for returns and exchanges? 

Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, show  no signs of wear, and have original tags attached. Our Customer  Relations team inspects items to ensure they meet the  qualifications to be returned or exchanged.

How soon do I have to return items? 

We allow returns initiated within 7 days of your purchase. Once  you have initiated a return through the Gen de Kai website, we  must receive the shipped item within 7 days to start inspection  and issue your refund. Please note, if we receive your shipment  outside of that time frame, we can only issue you store credit.  

What is the turnaround time for refunds to be issued?

We try to process your returns as fast as possible. Once we  receive and inspect your shipment, you will receive your refund  within 7-10 business days. 

Can I cancel or edit my order? 

You cannot make changes to your order once you’ve submitted it,  but please email contact@gendekai.com to see if there’s anything  we can do for you.
