We offer free standard shipping on USA orders over $100.00.

When will I receive my order?

• Expedited Shipping: For those who need their orders sooner, we offer expedited shipping options, including next-day and 3-day delivery services, at an additional cost.

Production Time:

Our production time varies based on the size of your order and the complexity of the embroidery designs. We strive to complete all orders as swiftly as possible, with attention to quality and detail.

Seasonal Demand:

Please note that during peak seasons, such as holiday periods and back-to-school times, we might experience higher demand, which can affect production and shipping times.

Can I change my shipping option after I've placed my order?

Unfortunately, no. Once your order goes through, we cannot change it. However, please email contact@gendekai.com to see if there is anything we can do for you.

Do you ship internationally?
